This is a new feature we will be introducing in 2024 as part of our continued goal to create awesome features for our customers! Within your online dashboard, you'll be able to ensure that you can see your energy usage, knowing exactly when your usage is higher than it should be
Each individual is liable for their own payment if missed. This doesn’t affect any of the other housemates until 2 months onwards. After this period of time, it does become joint effort to ensure the bills are collected to prevent further action which may affect the house as a whole. If you’re unable to pay your bills, please reach out to our customer support so were aware of what is happening
Legally yes, you're responsible for paying your utility bills from the start of your tenancy, even if you haven't moved in yet. We can't cover bills from other providers before your sign-up. Summer bills still need to be paid, but providing meter readings can lower the cost if you have low usage (remember, standing charges still apply even if you're not in the property!) plus, you get a refund at the end of the tenancy if meter readings show you have overpaid or under-used!

We would prefer the tenant in question would pay their own bills for security reasons, however if you are lucky enough to have a parent pay for your bills please may the parent write into our customer support with the tenant on CC authorising this. Housemates are not permitted to pay for their housemates bills
You can choose from either a uncapped energy offer or pay for what you use. Both packages are on a fixed price per kilo-watt which we lock in for you at the start of the contract.
